John sets in context why health research is so important for the Bradford district and Craven and the journey that he and the partners have been on to establish the World renown City of Research.

He explains just some of the centres of research excellence that are informing and guiding health improvements and how the 50,000 Bradfordians involved in the research are really making a difference.

Ronnie says “I want to stay healthy and well and have a normal life like all my friends. Research into new technology means I can be a normal kid plus I look really cool with all my fancy gadgets!”

He discusses his thoughts on what the research involved and how he believes his contribution will impact not just on his life, but for the benefit of others too.
